Classided Alert!!
A couple of members have identified suspicious email responses to their classified ads. Be wary of anyone requesting your personal information or making unusual offers/conditions on your items for sale.
Anyone unwilling to provide their contact info to you (phone number) so that you can talk personally or having their 'shipping agent' arranging pick-up should be treated with caution. Everyone can make their own choices,
but fake money orders or bad checks can leave you empty handed with no way of tracking your stuff down. The karting community is a small place, most sales happen to others in southern Ontario. Ask your potential buyer where they race
then check if they show up in that club's season points. Better to be a bit paranoid then ripped off.
If you have comments or experiences to share that may help others members stay safe on-line please send them to the webmaster.

“Fun Racer Inventory Clearance”
So many items to list, not enough space. If you are looking for something and it is not listed here, just send me an email and I will let you know if I have it, and if it is for sale.
1. 2 Sets “Brand New” MG Rain Tires for Honda Senior/Masters class,
still in the plastic-$175.00 for each set.
2. 6.5 Honda “T” Engine Prepared by Awesome Engines, Top five finisher in 2008 Brian Stewart Series. Engine goes by the name “Tetley”, $1000.00. Includes fuel pump and header.
3. 6.5 Honda “T” Engine Prepared by Butler Engines, Winner of the 2008 Windsor Grand-Prix Engine goes by the name “Butler”, $1000.00. Includes fuel pump and header.
4. 6.5 Honda “T” Engine Prepared by Maxim Racing. Several pole positions and a few club wins. Engine goes by the name “Flat Out”, $1000.00. Includes fuel pump and header.
5. 6.5 Honda Engine. Prepared by Butler Engines. Engine has all the old stuff. Number 1 head, old carb, new “T” block. Engine was just completely rebuilt including new rings, piston, cam, valves, valve springs. Tested once and set fast time at Mosport. Engine goes by the name “Big Bird”, $1700.00. Includes fuel pump and header.
6. 6.5 Honda Engine. Prepared by Camden Engines. Engine block is old with “T” head. Good practise engine only, Engine goes by the name “Woody”-$500.00
7. Complete 40mm rear axle assembly for Gold Kart (28mm frame). The assembly includes short hubs, disc brake, gear carrier and guard, wheel nuts, and medium axle. This is set up to be dropped in within a few short minutes. $400.00. 2 additional Axles for $60.00ea.
8. Spare Gold 28mm Chassis. Chassis is pretty much stripped, but it is straight!! $300.00
All engines have been meticulously maintained by myself and Fast Freddy Jordan.

 Race Engines:for sale
6.5 Honda Race engine, this is an extremely strong engine and was used exclusively to become club senior heavy champ in 2008, and 5th in Brian Stewart. Maintained by Roadrunner Engines. Built to 09 specs and only raced one race day in 2009. This engine was dyno tested. In 2008 this engine on an old kart, led most of a Brian Stewart race, only to come in second, losing on the last turn of the last lap. It is fast and if you can’t win with this engine, it is because of driving, not the engine. The engine is complete so you just have to add your clutch, hook up the fuel line, the throttle cable and go. It comes with a new fuel pump with mounting bracket, dyno tuned double bend header pipe, and silencer, air cleaner, chrome chain guard, quality adjustable motor mount and extra recoil mechanism.

Rotax Engine, raced only about 6 times in Senior Rotax class since 2005, The engine is off the kart as it was refreshed last year by Roadrunner and a new piston was installed. You will see by the passport that comes with the engine that it was the first time the engine was serviced and resealed, because it has not seen alot of use. When we bought the kart the engine was on, we were told by the previous owner that the kart won 6 of 8 races it was in, before it was sold because the driver was offered a sponsored ride in a factory kart. After practicing in the kart for one afternoon, my son entered it in his first Rotax club race, and won the race, so we know the engine is very strong. The engine comes with:
